My son and I caught "A Mighty Heart" today. It's a strong, audience-attentive movie that really should be experienced in a cinema. Movie-goers who shy away due to the chilling, depressive subject matter -- the murder in Pakistan of journalist Daniel Pearl -- should be assured that "Mighty Heart" does not wallow. It works on many levels, including as a propulsive police procedural. It seeks no unearned emotions, nor does it toy with those its viewers bring to the theater.
